This isn’t a recipe really. It’s just a fast, easy, good dinner.
Sauerkraut with Lil Smokies…I use beef.
Sizzle up the smokies until brown, wipe out the pan and dump in sauerkraut, heat through.
I microwave whole potatoes until almost done and then put them in a little
olive oil &/or butter and brown them in a skillet.
Heat up a can of you favorite beans and voila!
Dinner…Takes about 20 minutes.
It looks kind of greasy, but you can wipe the sausages and wipe out the skillet with a paper towel. And your potatoes are cooked so you are really just browning them with a little butter&/or olive oil.
