A healthy snack, perfect for post-workout. As good as cookies!
- 1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 Cup Raisens (or Craisens)
- 2-3 Cups Whole Oats ( I used Old Fashioned)
- 1/2 Cup MINI semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Mix peanut butter and honey. (This says they prefer Agave nectar–up to 3/4 cup— but I used Honey).
- Mix in all other ingredients. Can substitute any dried fruit
- Line pan with wax paper and scoop balls (about 1″) I used a cookie scoop.
- Store in refrigerator or freezer
Note: This is a NO BAKE recipe! Servings about 29.
