My sister’s family makes these and they are really good!!
Firecrackers:
1 box Saltine crackers ( I made them with Whole Wheat Saltines)
1-1/3 C. Canola Oil (I used Olive Oil)
1- 1-oz pkg. Dry Ranch Dressing
3- Tbl. Red Pepper Flakes
Dash of Garlic Salt
Blend all ingred. (except crackers) into a bowl.
In a WELL SEALED PLASTIC BAG put all crackers in and pour mixture over it.
Will absorb over a couple of hours.
Go ahead and turn the bag over occasionally if ya want.
These are very hot, but you can’t stop eating them.
If you don’t like REALLY hot, cut back on the Red Pepper Flakes.
I think they are best the next day.
