(I forgot a picture of the finished dish….agghhh!!)
Ingredients:
1- 8 oz. Cream Cheese (low fat if desired)
1-14 oz. can Artichoke Hearts, drained & chopped
½ Cup- fresh spinach, drained & chopped
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
¼ Cup Romano Cheese
¼ tsp. minced Garlic (as desired OR 1 clove fresh)
½ tsp. dried basil
-OR- 1 TBLS fresh Basil
¼ Mozzarella Cheese
¼ tsp garlic salt
Jalapeños (according to taste–optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Allow cream cheese to come to room temp. Cream together, cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan, Romano, garlic, basil, and garlic salt.
Mix Well.
Add the artichoke hearts, spinach, jalapeños. Mix until well blended
Store in container until ready to use/cook.
Spray pan with Pam or Olive Oil, pour in dip and top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 350 degrees, 30 Minutes or until cheese is brown. (You can also put it in oven at a low temp, make sure it is heated through and then turn up the heat to brown).
